10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by Canadian Federal laws and the laws of the province of Ontario except for its conflicts of laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, interpretation, validity, breach or termination or the business relationship created by it, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Canadian Arbitration Association Arbitration Rules.
