Daniel Li, a New York and China qualified lawyer, was named one of the 2021 China Top 15 M&A Lawyers by Asian Legal Business, a leading legal publication operated by Thompson Reuters. Daniel is currently a partner at the prestigious Chinese law firm, Jingtian & Gongcheng and formerly practiced at leading American law firms including Davis Polk LLP, Morrison & Foerster LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Shanghai and Hong Kong. He has advised multinational companies, financial institutions, private equity firms and venture capitalists on hundreds of transactions in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Guanglei Zhang, a New York and China qualified lawyer, was named one of the 2021 China Top 15 Litigators by Asian Legal Business, a leading legal publication operated by Thompson Reuters. Dr. Zhang is also a partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng and he specializes in dispute resolution with extensive experience and well-established reputation in commercial litigation and arbitration.
