Prior to joining the firm, Andre founded the Canada Startup Program of a global law firm, and has advised companies throughout their lifecycle from formation to exit. Andre has cultivated relationships with emerging growth companies and venture capital investors from around the world. Andre often acts as the go-to external counsel for all legal matters around the world.
