He provides advisory services for multinational and domestic companies on market entry, compliance, joint venture, M&A and general corporate matters. Mr. Lin is a partner of Guantao, a leading Chinese law firm. Before joining Guantao, he worked for a leading Chinese law firm and an international law firm. He also worked for Cisco and Chehaoduo as legal director (an unicorn invested by Sequia China and Vision Fund). Mr. Lin has been recognized by the leading legal publication China Business Law Journal as a “Rising Star 2022”, and was named to the 2025 LegalOne Top 100 Elite Practitioners (Corporate & Commercial) list. He has also been selected for the Beijing Foreign-Related Legal Talent Pool.
